Japanese legend Tokido has won Street Fighter 6 at CEO 2026, completing an impressive comeback through the final stages of one of the biggest tournaments of the summer.
CEO 2026 brought more than 1,100 Street Fighter 6 players to Orlando, Florida, with international stars from Japan, Europe, North America and South America competing for the championship.
Tokido entered the tournament as one of the most experienced players in the field, but his road to the title was anything but easy.
In Winners Final, Booce_Lee defeated Tokido and sent him into the Losers Bracket, putting the American Terry player just one set away from the championship.
Tokido responded immediately.
He defeated micky in Losers Final to secure a second opportunity against Booce_Lee and return to the Grand Final.
With Booce_Lee entering from the Winners side, Tokido needed to win two full sets to take the tournament.
That is exactly what happened.
Using JP, Tokido won the opening Grand Final set to reset the bracket before completing the comeback in the deciding set and claiming the CEO 2026 championship belt.
Booce_Lee finished second after an outstanding tournament run with Terry, while micky secured third place.

The tournament also produced several notable results outside the podium.
Recent Esports World Cup champion Craime finished fifth, ending his attempt to immediately follow his EWC victory with another major championship.
American talent Blaz continued his strong rise with fourth place, while France was represented inside the Top 8 by Kilzyou.
For Tokido, the result adds another major trophy to one of the most successful careers in fighting game history.
The Japanese veteran has competed at the highest level across multiple generations of Street Fighter, and his CEO victory once again showed that experience remains a major factor even in the current SF6 era.
The result also has implications for the Capcom Pro Tour.
Tokido had already secured qualification for Capcom Cup 13, meaning CEO runner-up Booce_Lee receives the qualification opportunity connected to the event.
After a tournament filled with international talent and several major upsets, CEO 2026 ended with one of Street Fighter's most recognizable names standing at the top.
